pPhoneCtxtURILen[IN/OUT]	Size in bytes assigned to the Phone context Universal Resource Identifier to follow
pPhoneCtxtURI	Phone context universal resource identifier Length of this string must be specified in pPhoneCtxtURILen parameter Bit to check in ParamPresenceMask - 19
